New customer

Honicel Indonesia will provide visit to the factory/warehouse/office to meet with the team to explain briefly about Honicel Indonesia product and listen to the current challenges and work together in open honest communication to provide the most cost efficient solution for the customer

Once the communication has been made, Honicel Indonesia will provide a sample and will be there for the product testing for sandwich panels, and for packaging requirement, Honicel Indonesia will be there during the drop test or handling test. 

Existing customer

Honicel Indonesia will still provide routine visit and will be there incase the customer need a refreshment training for the operator. 

In the case of new product or changing specification and requirement to specific export market, Honicel will also joins in to find a solution for them.

Post sales services is also one of Honicel strong suits, as sometime after the production if there are any challenges that need to be troubleshoot, Honicel Indonesia will offer their services to be there to help analyze, identify and improve the entire production process.
