Arnaud Combier "Vents Contraires" 2022 Verzy Notes of ripe fruitA partnership between winemakers Arnaud Combier, Francois de Nicolay of Chandon de Briailles (Savigny), and Jeff Carrel, the estate delivers exceptional wines from vineyards in and around Beaujolais. Vents Contraires is a natural skin contact wine with golden reflections and a lively palate. The Sorelli grapes are de stemmed and fermented with native yeasts in concrete tanks. Gently punched down and macerated for 15 days on the skins.
