Belt loops missing belt - I have very quickly knocked up a grosgrain one to use for photos

I believe what has happened is that is has been resized (rather than heavily altered in cut - shortened and taken in a little for daughter/sibling perhaps

and fastens with brass hooks and eyes to the rear
