BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide investigated mainly for angiogenic and cytoprotective signaling, while TB-500 is associated with Thymosin Beta-4 and is studied mainly for G-actin sequestration and cell-migration dynamics
When administered together, BPC-157 and TB-500 produce 40-60% greater improvements in healing outcomes compared to either peptide alone, as measured by tensile strength recovery in tendon models, wound closure rates in dermal models, and inflammatory marker reduction in systemic inflammation models
