how often should you have a b12 injection Shots at Home: How, Where & to Inject Yourself How Often Should You Get

All figures were made using open-source PyMOL 2.5 software

Scenario 1: Adding 1mL of Bac Water This is the most straightforward calculation

No weight loss at all, nor extra energy

Some researchers add an extra 0.1mL of bacteriostatic water to compensate, accepting a slightly lower concentration (3.23mg/mL instead of 3.33mg/mL) in exchange for recovering nearly all the peptide

Complete dosing chart at 5mg/ml (2ml of bacteriostatic water) At this concentration, the 7.5mg and 10mg doses require more liquid than a standard 1ml (100-unit) insulin syringe can hold

This can help you determine which injection aligns best with your health needs and goals
