These trays can be made out of a number of different timbers and they can have black or white rolling surface. Rock Maple is a very light colour timber with fine straight grain. Blackwood. This timber can be very light yellow pink in colour to very dark. Walnut. This timber can be very light brown to a very dark brown with strong
